MR. WITH A PARTICULAR INTEREST IN THE POP ART MOVEMENT OF THE 1960S, MR. DEREUS REIMAGINES HISTORICAL ARTIFACTS AND EVERYDAY OBJECTS HE PHOTOGRAPHS THROUGH EXTREME DIGITAL MANIPULATION. HIS WORK, CHARACTERIZED BY BOLD COLOR MANIPULATIONS AND REPETITIVE PATTERNS, TRANSFORMS EVERYDAY SUBJECTS INTO UNIQUE COMPOSITIONS.
